PhD is an Associate Professor of Technical Communication and Director of Professional and Workforce Studies in the Polytechnic Institute at Purdue University. She earned her PhD in Applied Linguistics from Ball State University and her BA and MA in English from Indiana University. Her prior industry experience supports applied research focusing on projects related to STEM communication, human and non-human user-centered design and user experience, and the assessment of innovative pedagogies and technologies to foster learning and engagement. She served as an Associate Director of the Faculty Academy on Excellence in Teaching at Indiana University (FACET) and currently serves on the Purdue Teaching Academy Executive Council. 

Dr. Lindsey Payne is an Associate Professor of Practice in Sustainability Engineering and Environmental Engineering and former Director of Service-Learning at Purdue University. Her research sits at the intersection of sustainability, teaching and learning, and engagement focusing on transdisciplinary decision-making in community-engaged design. Payne teaches courses in sustainability, climate change, service-learning applications in stormwater management, and professional development. She is the recipient of multiple teaching awards and the former Chair of the Purdue University Teaching Academy. She has a B.A in Biological Sciences from DePauw University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees concentrating on Ecological Sciences and Engineering from Purdue University. Payne has also worked professionally in the non-profit and secondary education sectors. She currently serves on multiple community-based environmental boards.

Dr. Dawn Laux is an Assistant Dean of Academic Programs in the Purdue Polytechnic, Professor of Practice in the School of Applied and Creative Computing, and Division Head of Military Science and Technology at Purdue University. Dr. Laux is currently the chair of the Purdue University Teaching Academy. She has been with the University since 2007 and is responsible for teaching an undergraduate information governance course.  Dr. Laux is a past recipient of the Purdue University Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award in Memory of Charles B. Murphy in 2019 and was inducted into Purdue University's Book of Great Teachers in 2023. Dawn earned her PhD from Iowa State University in Human Computer Interaction in 2014 and has 10 years of industrial experience in the information technology field. 

Kimberly S. Illingworth, PhD, FAPhA, is Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Instruction at Purdue University College of Pharmacy. She earned a BS in Pharmacy from Butler University and a PhD in Pharmacy Administration from Purdue University. Her teaching and research focus on patient care, including behavior change, motivational interviewing, health literacy, and innovative instructional methods. Dr. Illingworth directs the Purdue Academic and Ambulatory Care Fellowship and co-directs the Public Health and Academia Fellowship. She also served as Chair of the Economic, Social, and Administrative Sciences section of the American Pharmacists Association and the American Association Colleges of Pharmacy Social and Administrative Sciences section, and as a past-chair of the Teaching Academy Executive Council at Purdue. A recognized leader in pharmacy education, she has held national leadership roles and received numerous teaching honors, including Purdue's Charles B. Murphy Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching and induction into the Purdue Book of Great Teachers.
